On my way back from a work assignment in India last month, I stopped for a couple days vacation in Dubai. I had originally planned to go shopping and skiing at that mall with the indoor ski slope, but once I checked into the Park Hyatt, I instantly changed my plans. I never left the hotel. Didn’t see or do anything in Dubai outside of my hotel. No shopping. No skiing. No sightseeing. No desert treks. Park Hyatt has long been one of my favorite luxury hotel brands, and the Dubai property did not disappoint. Between lounging by the pool, smoking an apricot hookah on the veranda, and eating the best tabbouleh EVER, I snapped a few pictures. Have a look around. Continue reading →
